Hosting an international event with the pedigree of a World Junior Hockey Championship is a massive undertaking. Fans from all over North America, Europe, and beyond gather to watch their countries current and future stars show off what they’ve got on the international stage.
While the event is only about two weeks long, there is A LOT of hockey packed in, and nearly every day is bustling with an energy that is unmatched at other tournaments. That’s a lot of pressure on the organizers to make sure the visiting teams feel comfortable.
After watching Jesse’s locker room (and rink) tours with Finland and Sweden, we think you would agree that the organizers did a pretty great job of it this year.
