In other words, the series where NHL stars hit their all-time low. Just kidding, of course. The NHLers always handle the series with much appreciated enthusiasm, and dare we say they even seem to have a little fun with it.
On the latest edition of In The Pipes, Jesse is joined by up-and-coming Los Angeles Kings star Quinton Byfield! Jesse and Quinton discussed NHL playoff format, style/flow, and – perhaps most significantly – an incredible Anze Kopitar story in which he brought Luka Doncic to dinner.
Imagine going to a teammate’s house for dinner and LUKA FRICKIN’ DONCIC walks in the door?! It would be hard not to feel a little starstruck by a guy like that.
