Brothers Brady and Matthew, along with father Keith, got together with EA Sports to feature as the NHL 26 cover feature ahead of it’s September release. We can’t say we disagree with the choice, as the three Tkachuks stand out as their own unique style of hockey that has proven to be extremely effective at the NHL level. A mixture of grit, peskiness, and scoring seems to be a recipe for success in the big leagues, and you would be hard-pressed to find even a single team that didn’t value a Tkachuk-like player – particularly come playoff time.
So what happens when three all-time NHL “unicorns” get on the ice with BarDown members?
A whole lot of nonsense.
In support of their NHL 26 cover feature, we had them compete against Luca and Poc is skill drills. Not just any skill drills, though… specifically skill drills featured in The Mighty Ducks movie franchise.
Can toppling, target shooting, and jersey-ing all feature, with Brady and Matthew starring in the drills. Saying that, I think we can all agree the real star of the show was Keith.
