Last Week: Not the best week as we had one winner, that being Adam Scott topping Justin Rose for the week.
This Week: The Tour moves to the East Coast with the Cognizant Classic taking place at the PGA National Champion course. It’s the first tournament after two Signature Events which means the field isn’t that deep. The course is best known for its three-hole stretch (15-17) known as the Bear Trap. Adam Hadwin received a sponsor’s exemption and will make his PGA Tour debut for 2026.
To Win:
Shane Lowry +1600
The Irish star has made four starts so far this season, two on the DP World Tour, where he posted a tie for third, and two more on the PGA Tour, where he logged a tie for eighth at Pebble Beach. His last four starts here have produced for finishes inside the top 11.
Nicolai Hojgaard +1900
Hojgaard finished strong with a tie for third at the WM Phoenix Open. Currently first in Strokes Gained: Off the Tee and third in Strokes Gained: Total.
Top 10
Ryan Gerard +190
Gerard started his season well with runner-up finishes in his first two tournaments. He is the highest-ranked player in the field this week which has seen a few late withdrawals. He had a fourth-place finish here in 2023.
Brooks Koepka +450
A decent number for Koepka who should be over the hoopla of his return to the PGA Tour. He had a tie for second here back in 2019.
Top 20
Daniel Berger +170
Has played well here in the past with a playoff loss and two top-four finishes. Started his season with a tie for sixth at the SONY and added a tie for 16th in Phoenix.
Michael Thorbjornson +135
We’re not quite sure what’s going to come out of the bag this week. His last two starts have produced a tie for third in Phoenix and then a tie for 78th at Pebble Beach. Due for another big finish.
