After five games of the Western Conference Finals, the Oklahoma City Thunder hold a 3-2 advantage over the San Antonio Spurs following a 13-point win Tuesday night.
With OKC now having a chance to clinch the series on the road in Game 6 or at home in Game 7, they sit at -450 to win the series on FanDuel, a number with an implied probability of 81.82 per cent.
The Thunder also remain the favourites on FanDuel to win the Larry O’Brien Championship Trophy, priced at -155.
Meanwhile, despite already making the NBA Finals, the New York Knicks have worse odds at +230, with the Spurs lagging behind at +550.
| Team | Odds to win NBA Finals | Best odds on team to win Finals MVP |

Gilgeous-Alexander favourite to win Western Conference Finals MVP
Leading the Thunder continues to be Canadian Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, who is a huge -390 favourite on FanDuel to be named MVP of the Western Conference Finals.
Only Victor Wembanyama (+380) is priced shorter than 40-1 in this market.

Sitting at 40-1 is Thunder guard Alex Caruso. The 32-year-old has carried a large part of the Thunder’s offence this series, making 18 threes on 31 attempts, already setting the record for most threes off the bench in a single conference finals.

"He has the most championships on this team. He's played in the most big games on this team. He's one of if not the best competitor in the NBA night in and night out. He wears that hat for this group all season long and it's on TV every night now so the… pic.twitter.com/P4Cmq5J4wQ
As someone with Spurs futures, I have taken a flyer on Caruso at 40-1 to win Western Finals MVP. If the Thunder close out this series, either on the road in Game 6 or at home in Game 7, I don’t see how Caruso isn’t a big factor in the win.
And with all the value he has added in the first five games of the series, one more big night for Caruso could see him named series MVP.
If the Thunder had won the series 3-2, Alex Caruso would be the MVP. But it's not over.https://t.co/Cndk9nrCQh pic.twitter.com/TypLjtVjBc
