The BC Lions have signed former Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Chris Oladokun to their practice roster.
The 29-year-old appeared in three games last season and started two after Chiefs starter Patrick Mahomes went down with a torn ACL.
Oladokun completed 35 of his 55 passes for a total of 235 yards and one touchdown with another 18 yards rushing last season. The Chiefs went 0-2 in the games he started.
He was originally selected by the Pittsburgh Steelers in the seventh round of the 2022 NFL Draft. He did not play in a game with the Steelers and joined the Chiefs’ practice squad in the summer of 2025.
Oladokun split his collegiate career across three schools, going from South Florida to Samford and then to South Dakota State, throwing for 3,164 yards and 25 TDs compared to seven interceptions in his final NCAA season in 2021.
B.C. also added defensive lineman T.J. Burke and defensive backs Thomas Graham and Jordan Oladokun to their practice roster Monday.
The Lions (7-6) host the Saskatchewan Roughriders (8-5) at home in Week 17.
