Rookie forward Liam Lefebvre then became the star of the show, scoring his second goal of the game in 3-on-3 overtime to secure the 3-2 win for Chicoutimi.
Lefebvre was acquired prior to the CHL Trade Deadline from the Rimouski Océanic and registered 32 goals and 59 points in 59 games during his rookie season. He added five goals and 12 points in the playoffs to help the Saguenéens win their first Gilles-Courteau Trophy since 1994.
