Hughes and Pendrith both had early starts to the day and got under par early in their rounds before both finishing two-over.

Hughes bogeyed his opening hole before bouncing back with an Eagle on the par 5 11th before posting another bogey on 14 to return back to Even. A bogey on 18 left him at 1-over after his first nine. He birdied Hole 1 to get back to even, but bogeyed Holes 3 and 4 to sit at 2-over, where he finished the day.

Pendrith opened with a birdie to start his tournament and found another on the 12th to sit at 2-under. A triple-bogey on 15 derailed his strong start, with two more bogeys to close the front nine leaving him at 3-over. He bogeyed Hole 4 to drop to 4-over, but returned to 2-over, where he finished, with birdies on Holes 6 and 7 after a brief weather delay.

Taylor, who started the afternoon group of Canadians at 2 pm ET, got off to a rough start with a double-bogey on his opening hole before bouncing back with a birdie on Hole 11. Then, Taylor misstepped on the 14th with a bogey before he birdied on the 16th, all before double-bogeying on 18 to sit 3-over through nine. To begin the back nine, Taylor got back on track with a birdie and would finish his round at 2-over.

Corey Conners, who teed off shortly after Taylor, opened with a birdie on the 10th to start 1-under before parring the next six holes.Conners then bogeyed on the 17th hole to sit even. He finished his round at 3-under and sits in the top-10.

Sudarshan Yellamaraju and A.J. Ewart began their action together in the final group of the day. They will both finish their rounds on Friday after play was suspended due to darkness.

Yellamaraju opened his afternoon with a par and continued to do so thru four holes. On the 5th, however, Yellamaraju double-bogeyed but brought himself bakc with a birdie on 14.
