The New York Jets have brought in Justin Tucker for a workout, The Ringer’s Tom Pelissero reports.
Tucker, 36, has been without a team following his release from the Baltimore Ravens in the spring of 2025 after an investigation into multiple allegations of sexual misconduct during massage sessions. In light of the investigation, the unsigned Tucker was suspended by the NFL for the first 10 games of the 2025 season.
A native of Houston, Tucker spent the entirety of his 13-year career with the Ravens. In an NFL record nine of those seasons, Tucker made at least 30 field goals. The Texas product also holds the a slew of franchise records with the Ravens, including the marks for most field goals in a season and most all-time.
Pelissero notes that Tucker was part of a group of kickers at the workout. The team currently has Blake Grupe on its roster after a waiver claim and has Jason Sanders on the practice squad.
The Jets open up their season on Sept. 13 at the Tennessee Titans.
