The Calgary Flames announced the signing of goaltender Kirill Zarubin to a three-year, entry-level contract that carries an AAV of $1,007,500.
The Penza, Russia native spent the 2025-26 season with AKM Tula of the MHL, where he appeared in 48 games, posting a 26--13-3 record with a 2.17 goals-against average, a .930 save-percentage and three shutouts.
He also suited up in six playoff games for Tula, recording a 1.59 goals-against average and a .944 save-percentage.
Zarubin was selected 84th overall by the Flames in the 2024 NHL Draft.
