Winnipeg Jets defenceman Logan Stanley has been suspended one game for roughing Ottawa Senators forward Brady Tkachuk on Saturday.

Stanley was given two roughing minors halfway through the second period of the Jets’ 4-2 loss to the Ottawa Senators on Saturday when he got tangled up with Senators’ captain Brady Tkachuk.

He was given a two-minute roughing call for removing Tkachuk’s helmet and another two minutes for dropping his gloves and punching Tkachuk in the face.

Tkachuk was also given a 10-minute misconduct on the play.

Stanley has seven goals and 13 points in 40 games this season while averaging 16:10 of ice time.
