Three-time FedEx Cup champion Rory McIlroy weighed in on the format of the PGA Tour playoffs on Wednesday and whether the winner of the TOUR Championship should be considered the season-long champ. Rory likes the removal of starting strokes but offers a slightly different change to the elimination format.
