Canada and Tunisia are scoreless after the first half of their international friendly from BMO Field in Toronto.
Kickoff for the match was delayed for an hour and a half due to inclement weather.
Liam Millar had the highlight play of the opening half when he made a diving block to deny Tunisia scoring into an open net following a two-man breakaway.
Canada also generated a few chances on the offensive end with Marcelo Flores and Jonathan David combining to work a ball to Tani Oluwaseyi, who missed just high with his finish.
Nathan Saliba was also not able to convert a headed chance for Canada in the opening minutes of the game.
Defender Ralph Priso was forced out of the action in the 26th minute after he appeared to suffer an injury while making a defensive play.
Kamal Miller replaced him in the Canadian defence.
Canada is playing the second game of the current international window.
David scored twice from the penalty spot in the second half as Canada came back to earn a 2-2 draw with Iceland on Saturday.
Canada learned earlier on Tuesday that it will open the 2026 FIFA World Cup against Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Bosnia and Herzegovina defeated Italy on penalties to win UEFA Pathway A and clinch their berth into the tournament.
The teams will meet at Toronto Stadium on June 12.
Maxime Crépeau started in goal for Canada against Tunisia after Dayne St. Clair got the call for the game vs. Iceland.
David once again wore the captain’s armband in place of Alphonso Davies, who is out with a strained hamstring.
