PWHL Detroit signed forward Daryl Watts to a four-year contract that will run through the 2029-30 season, the team announced on Friday.
Watts joins Detroit with a very impressive offensive resume as she ranks second all-time in PWHL goals with 32 and is tied for third all-time in points with 63.
The 27-year-old spent the last two years with the Toronto Sceptres after playing for Ottawa in the PWHL’s inaugural season.
Watts appeared in 27 games for the Sceptres in the recently completed campaign and led the team with 19 points.
The Toronto native made her Olympic debut for Canada at Milano Cortina 2026 and scored two goals and six assists in the silver medal winning effort.
Following the Watts signing, Detroit also announced that they have inked forward Hannah Bilka to a two-year contract and defender Cayla Barnes to a three-year deal.
Both players were previously under contract with the Seattle Torrent.
