As preparations continue for Canada ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, goalkeepers Maxime Crépeau and Dayne St. Clair will both see action in Monday’s international friendly against Uzbekistan.

Head coach Jesse Marsch says that each goalkeeper will play 45 minutes at Commonwealth Stadium in Edmonton.

Canada will then have one more friendly against Ireland in Montreal on June 5, before opening the FIFA World Cup against Bosnia and Herzegovina in Toronto on June 12.

Both goalkeepers last saw action for Canada during their March friendlies.

St. Clair started in Canada’s 2-2 draw against Iceland on March 28, while Crépeau was in goal for the scoreless draw with Tunisia on March 31.

Canada will name their official FIFA World Cup roster on Friday at 7pm ET/4pm PT on TSN, CTV, Crave, and RDS.

St. Clair and Crépeau are joined by Owen Goodman as the three goalkeepers in Canada’s training camp currently taking place in Charlotte.
