Alisha Lehmann is back in England.

The 27-year-old Switzerland forward has joined Leicester City from Como on an 18-month deal.

Lehmann previously spent six seasons in the Women’s Super League with West Ham, Aston Villa and Everton.

She made six appearances for Como this season, her first with the club after a season with Juventus in 2024-2025.

“Leicester are an amazing club,” Lehmann said in a statement. “I’ve seen the training ground and, of course, the stadium. They want to push women’s football forward. In every country, football is so different. You meet new people and learn different things about football. I learned a lot and played with some great players, but England is my home so I’m happy to be back.”

In a combined 108 appearances in the WSL, Lehmann has 19 goals and 10 assists.

Internationally, Lehmann has been capped 65 times by Switzerland, appearing at the 2023 Women’s World Cup and a pair of Euros.

The Foxes currently sit ninth in the table on nine points, five points clear of Liverpool in the drop zone. They return to action on Sunday with a visit to 11th-place West Ham.
