Having clinched second place in the Pacific Division with a 6-1 rout of the Vancouver Canucks on Thursday, the Edmonton Oilers will open their first-round series on home ice against the Anaheim Ducks on Monday.
The series will see Game 2 take place on Wednesday, with Game 3 set for Friday in Anaheim and Game 4 scheduled for Sunday.
The NHL announced Thursday that the Ottawa Senators will kick off the Stanley Cup Playoff schedule with Game 1 against the Carolina Hurricanes in Raleigh on Saturday afternoon at 3 p.m. ET. The series will continue on Monday, with an extra day off before Game 3 on Thursday in Ottawa, with Game 4 scheduled for Saturday.
The Montreal Canadiens will play Game 1 against the Atlantic Division-rival Tampa Bay Lightning on Sunday at 5:45pm ET, with Game 2 set for Tuesday, Game 3 in Montreal on Friday and Game 4 next Sunday.
Elsewhere in the Eastern Conference, the Philadelphia Flyers will play Game 1 on the road against the Pittsburgh Penguins on Saturday, with the Boston Bruins opening their series against the Buffalo Sabres on Sunday.

The Minnesota Wild and Dallas Stars will open playoff action in the Western Conference on Saturday, with the Los Angeles Kings facing the Colorado Avalanche and the Utah Mammoth taking on the Vegas Golden Knights in Game 1 of their first rounds series on Sunday.

The playoffs will end before June 21, as a possible Game 7 of the Stanley Cup Final is schedule to be held no later than that date.
