AFC Toronto scores three second-half goals to earn victory over Calgary Wild FC

CALGARY — Kaylee Hunter, Sarah Stratigakis and Kaila Novak scored second-half goals to lead AFC Toronto past Calgary Wild FC 4-0 in Northern Super League action Sunday.

Hunter scored at the 48-minute mark to put Toronto ahead 2-0. Stratigakis made it 3-0 some 27 minutes later.

Novak’s goal came at 90 minutes. Lauren Rowe opened the scoring just 12 minutes into the contest.

AFC Toronto (2-2-1) came into the game having scored just four goals.

With the shutout loss, Calgary (0-4-1) has managed four goals this season.
