Pedan scores overtime winner as Comets edge Marlies
Andrey Pedan scored 3:05 into overtime to lift the Utica Comets to a 3-2 victory over the Toronto Marlies in American Hockey League action on Saturday. Alexandre Grenier and Dustin Jeffrey scored second-period goals for Utica (25-12-6), which came back from a 2-0 deficit.

Brendan Mikkelson scored on the power play for the Marlies (18-17-8) and assisted on Troy Bodie's goal.
Comets goaltender Joacim Eriksson stopped 35 shots for the win. Toronto's Antoine Bibeau made 39 saves in the losing effort.
