QMJHL: Wildcats rout Sea Dogs to tie for top spot in Maritimes division
Captain Christophe Lalonde scored twice and added three assists for the Moncton Wildcats in a 7-0 rout of the Saint John Sea Dogs on Friday night in Quebec Major Junior Hockey League action.

MONCTON, N.B. - Captain Christophe Lalonde scored twice and added three assists for the Moncton Wildcats in a 7-0 rout of the Saint John Sea Dogs on Friday night in Quebec Major Junior Hockey League action.
The win moves the Wildcats (8-4-0) into a tie for first place in the Maritimes division with the Sea Dogs (7-3-2).
Ivan Barbashev, Vladimir Tkachev, Cameron Askew, Stephen Johnson and Mathieu Olivier supplied the rest of Moncton's offence.
Alex Dubeau made 16 saves for the shutout.
Sebastien Auger made 24-of-29 saves for Saint John in 40 minutes of work. Bobby Dugan stopped 10-of-12 shots in relief.
The Wildcats scored five times on 13 chances with the man advantage while the Sea Dogs didn't score on six power-play opportunities.
