Sullinger, 24, had spent his entire four-year NBA career with the Boston Celtics. The Celts selected him with the 21st-overall pick in the 2010 NBA Draft out of Ohio State.

The native of Columbus, Ohio played in all 81 games for the Celtics a season ago, averaging 10.3 points, 8.3 rebounds and 2.3 assists in 23.6 minutes a night.

The Celtics rescinded a $4.4 million qualifying offer to Sullinger upon the signing of Al Horford last week.
