Swayze Waters, maybe the top free agent kicker on the market this year, won't sign with any CFL team until after his NFL tryout with the Carolina Panthers Wednesday.

TSN's Farhan Lalji reports the former Toronto Argonauts kicker's plans are on hold until after the workout.

Waters was 4-7 on field goals last year in just five games, but was 47-52 in a full season in 2014. Waters did post his highest punting average last year, at 48.1.
