RED DEER, Alta. - Conner Bleackley found the back of the net twice to help the Red Deer Rebels to a 6-2 victory over the Kamloops Blazers in Western Hockey League action on Thursday.

Tyler Sandhu and Brett Cote had a goal and an assist apiece for the Rebels (17-11-4), who extended their winning streak to three games. Grayson Pawlenchuk and Adam Musil also scored while Preston Kopeck chipped in with three assists.

Collin Shirley and Cole Ully supplied the offence for the Blazers (16-12-4), who have dropped four straight decisions.

Red Deer goaltender Rylan Toth made 30 saves for the victory. Kamloops' Cole Kehler stopped 21 shots in the losing effort.

The Rebels were 2 for 6 on the power play while the Blazers scored once on three chances with the man advantage.
