Week 13 of the NFL Season has arrived, and we are back with another set of Best Bets from our TSN Betting team.
Let’s get to the action. Here are our team’s best bets.
Domenic Padula: SGP-108: Pat Bryant 15+ receiving and Broncos win
It took a little longer for the Broncos to work rookie wide receiver Pat Bryant into the offence, but the third-round pick is trending up over the previous few weeks.Bryant has registered 20 or more receiving yards in five of his previous six games. In the win over the Chiefs before the bye, Bryant had a season-high six targets and finished with five catches for 82 yards.Meanwhile, the Washington Commanders have lost six in a row and will be without Jayden Daniels again tonight.Marcus Mariota has lost eight straight starts as an underdog. He’ll face his toughest match-up of the season against a Denver defence that welcomes back Patrick Surtain.I’ll bank on Bryant to continue his upward trajectory off a bye as the Broncos extend their win streak to nine in a row with a win in Washington.Give me a builder Same Game Parlay with Bryant 15+ receiving yards and Denver to win at -108 as a FanDuel Best Bet.
Connor Ford: Kenneth Gainwell 25+ Rushing Yards/2+ Receptions (-115 YourWay SGP)
Kenneth Gainwell has a glorious matchup against the Bills this week. Buffalo’s defensive struggles in the run game have been talked about ad nauseam – they’ve allowed the third most rushing yards this season. Only the Giants are allowing more yards per carry. Until I see something change, I’ll continue to hammer running back props against the Bills.
With Jaylen Warren at less than 100%, Gainwell has seen an expanded role in recent weeks. Gainwell has played more snaps than Warren in three straight games, and while most of his production has come in the passing game, he still has 19 carries in his last two outings. The Steelers should continue to be run heavy with Aaron Rodgers still dealing with a wrist injury. Did I mention the Bills can’t stop the run?
Gainwell ranks fifth in receptions at the running back position, despite running less than 200 routes. He’s only recorded less than two catches in one game this season. I’ll add on Gainwell 2+ receptions to get this SGP closer to even money. Let’s get back in the winners circle!
Drew Morrison: Gabe Davis Over 23.5 Reciving Yards
Back in Buffalo after a spending last season with the Jags, Gabe Davis has quickly re-established chemistry with Josh Allen. It wasn’t that long AGP that Davis had 201 yards and four touchdowns in a divisional round playoff loss to the Chiefs. In the last two weeks, Davis has four catches on 6 targes for 62 yards. Curtis Samuel and the recently added Mecole Hardman are on IR and Dalton Kincaid and Joshua Palmer are still dealing with injuries even if they suit up. Who knows to expect from the recently acquired Brandin Cooks at age 32. Suddenly, Davis is a prominent part of the Bills receiver room. He may only need one catch to go over his total against the Steelers.
Luke Bellus: Indianapolis Colts vs. Houston Texans Under 45.5
Daniel Jones, on a fractured fibula, takes on the best defence in the NFL this afternoon.
Do I need to say any more?
Between you and I, I think Houston is live to win the game and have played them on the moneyline, but for the sake of this parlay I want with the total and I bought what could be a key point.
Houston’s defence enters this week first in yards allowed, and in average points allowed per drive.
Since the start of the season, the Texans have allowed a team to score 20-or-more points just three times and only once in their four AFC South games.
On the flip side, C.J. Stroud is set to return to the QB postion for Houston. The Texans went 3-0 with him sidelinded and now he’ll look to find some rare succcess on the road.
This season, Houston has played four road games with Stroud, scoring an average of 20.5 points per game with that heavlily lifted by one 44-point outburst in Baltimore.
I’ve watched a lot of AFC South football in my time, you don’t get rich betting the over when two teams from the division meet.
