TSN's Laura Diakun is with Team Canada at the IIHF World Hockey Championship.  On Day 2, head coach Jon Cooper was finally able to get his full squad on the ice for practice, as they prepare for the tournament.

- Team Canada’s practice was pushed back four hours on Sunday to allow all of the Colorado Avalanche player’s equipment to arrive.

- Calvin Pickard’s equipment is still in Italy and has yet to make it to Geneva.

- This was the first Team Canada practice with all players on the ice, head coach Jon Cooper said that practice was better on Day 2 than it was on the first day.

- Canada practiced in two 45 minute periods, with the second time frame focused on special teams play.

- The players were divided by jersey colour:

RED: Jeff Skinner, Alex Killorn, Nathan MacKinnon, Claude Giroux, Mark Scheifele, Ryan O'Reilly, Matt Duchene
