ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Cody Jamieson had a hat trick and added four assists as the Rochester Knighthawks downed the Saskatchewan Rush 16-11 on Saturday in National Lacrosse League play.

Austin Shanks, Josh Currier and Kyle Jackson had two goals apiece for the Knighthawks (4-6). Paul Dawson, Graeme Hossack, Brad Gillies, Joe Resetarits, Cory Vitarelli, Scott Campbell and Quinn Powless rounded out the attack. Matt Vinc made 41 saves for the win.

Mark Matthews and Ben McIntosh each had a hat trick for the Rush (8-2). Mike Messenger, Robert Church, Ryan Dilks, Ryan Keenan and Jeremy Thompson chipped in on offence. Evan Kirk started in net for Saskatchewan, stopping 19-of-27 shots before being replaced by Tyler Carlson, who turned aside 19-of-25 shots.

Rochester scored on both of its power plays and the Rush were 4 for 4 with the man advantage.
