The Canadian Football League announced Wednesday that OneRepublic will headline the WIND Mobile Halftime Show at the 104th Grey Cup presented by Shaw on November 27 in Toronto.

OneRepublic, led by singer and songwriter, Ryan Tedder, guitarist Zach Filkins, drummer Eddie Fisher, guitarist Drew Brown, and bassist Brent Kutzle, released their debut album Dreaming Out Loud in 2007. The album included the hit single "Apologize," which topped digital sales and airplay records worldwide and received a Grammy nomination. The band’s second album, 2009’s Waking Up, produced three singles: "All the Right Moves," "Secrets," and "Good Life."

Tedder is also a Grammy-winning songwriter and producer who has worked with such artists as Taylor Swift, Adele, Beyoncé, U2, Ellie Goulding, Maroon 5 and many others.

"We are honored that the CFL invited us to perform at this year’s Grey Cup! Canada is a special place for us, and getting the chance to perform and watch great football live will be a blast," said the band in a statement.

OneRepublic has released two new singles, "Wherever I Go" and "Kids." Both singles will be on OneRepublic’s upcoming fourth album entitled Oh My My, set for release on October 7.

The album will be the follow-up to OneRepublic’s 2013 album Native, which debuted at No. 4 on the Billboard Top 200 chart and has sold over five million units worldwide, reached No. 1 in 54 countries and has sold over 10 million downloads.

OneRepublic will join a diverse list of musical acts who have performed at the Grey Cup halftime, including Bryan Adams, Shania Twain, The Tragically Hip, Lenny Kravitz, Justin Bieber, The Black Eyed Peas and Imagine Dragons.

The 104th Grey Cup presented by Shaw, being broadcast live on TSN and TSN GO, will be played at BMO Field and will be first outdoor Grey Cup game to be played in Toronto since 1982.
