BAIE-COMEAU, Que. — Antoine Samuel stopped 27 shots and Vincent Lavoie scored twice as the Baie-Comeau Drakkar blanked the visiting Sherbrooke Phoenix 5-0 on Tuesday in Quebec Major Junior Hockey League action.
D'Artagnan Joly had a goal and two assists while Simon Chevrier and Antoine Girard added a goal each to round out the offence for the Drakkar (11-13-4), who are 4-0-1 in their last five games.
Brady Labrecque stopped 23-of-27 shots for the Phoenix (10-17-3), who are on a four-game slide.
Baie-Comeau went 1 for 4 on the power play while Sherbrooke failed to score on four chances with the man advantage.
