The Toronto Raptors will be without forward Demarre Carroll for an indefinite period due to a right knee contusion.

The team announced the injury prior to Monday night’s matchup against the Los Angeles Lakers.

In 18 games this season – all starts – Carroll has average 12.2 points, 5.1 rebounds and 34.2 minutes of game time. The 29-year-old missed three games earlier this season as he battled plantar fasciitis.

The Raptors also ruled out Lucas Nogueira against the Lakers due to a sprained left ankle.
