The NBA and commissioner Adam Silver have decided to move the 2017 All-Star Game out of Charlotte due to North Carolina’s anti-LGBT laws.

The league said it hopes to re-schedule the game for Charlotte in 2019, and did not announce a replacement city. New Orleans has emerged as the front-runner to replace Charlotte as the host for the Feb. 19 game.

Silver has repeatedly stated the league would move the game out of North Carolina if the state’s law limiting anti-discrimination protections for lesbian, gay and transgender people was not changed. The law was passed in March.

According to the Associated Press, Charlotte officials expected the have to have an economic impact of $100 million in the area.

New Orleans hosted the event in 2014.
