Brook Lopez and Thaddeus Young could be on their way out of Brooklyn.

According to Frank Isola of the New York Daily News, the Nets are willing to deal both stars and Young could be moved in a trade to the Toronto Raptors.

Isola reports a deal to send Young to the Raptors could send forward Patrick Patterson and point guard Delon Wright to Brooklyn. The Raptors also own the New York Knicks' first-round pick and could send it or their own top selection in a deal.

Young, 27, has averaged 15.1 points and 9.1 rebounds per game in 54 appearances this season. The power forward is signed through the 2018-19 season.

Patterson has averaged 6.3 points and 4.2 rebounds in 52 games this season. Wright has seen limited action since the Raptors selected him 20th overall in the 2015 NBA Draft.

Lopez, a seven-foot centre, has averaged 20.2 points and 8.2 rebounds in 54 games with the Nets this year.

The Nets remain without a general manager since reassigning Billy King in January. The team owns the second worst record in the Eastern Conference at 14-40, above only the Philadelphia 76ers.
