Saskatchewan Roughriders linebacker Tyron Brackenridge will not play for the remainder of the season as the team looks to their future on defence.

Brackenridge, who has been with the Riders since 2011, told CJME on Thursday the team had decided against playing him in the final three games.

Unhappy with the decision, Brackenridge took to Twitter to express his emotions on Thursday night.
