The Saskatchewan Roughriders have made a roster change, announcing the release of quarterback Tino Sunseri on Tuesday.

Sunseri was 12-for-18 for 165 yards in the Roughriders 35-13 loss to the Redblacks that dropped them to 0-9 and ultimately cost head coach Corey Chamblin and general manager Brendan Taman their jobs.

The 26-year-old pivot was 17-for-26 for 228 yards with no touchdowns and an interception during the 2015 season, his third in the league.
