The Blue Jays won a wild 11 inning game against the Cardinals in the series opener on Tuesday. Pitcher Marcus Stroman smacked a pinch-hit double in the 11th and then scored what would be the winning run on an error by shortstop Aledmys Diaz.
Chris Coghlan also scored a run by diving over catcher Yadier Molina.
The first game on Thursday will be played as scheduled at 1:45pm et.
The Blue Jays have announced that Mat Latos will start the first game of the doubleheader and Casey Lawrence will start in the second game.
