5. Portland acquired Colorado's first-round selection in exchange for Danny Mwanga. 

6. Toronto FC acquired Chivas USA's first-round selection along with an international roster slot and an Allocation spot in exchange for the #1 spot in the 2013 MLS Allocation Order. 

10. Sporting Kansas City acquired Philadelphia's first-round selection in exchange for C.J. Sapong. 

11. Toronto FC acquired Portland's first-round selection, Bright Dike, and allocation money in exchange for Maximiliano Urruti and use of an international roster slot

14. Colorado acquired Columbus' first-round selection in exchange for the 19th overall selection and future considerations.

16. Seattle acquired Salt Lake's first-round selection in exchange for a second round selection and allocation money.

19. Columbus acquired the 19th pick from Colorado in exchange for the 14th overall selection and future considerations. The pick originally belonged to Seattle.

20. Sporting Kansas City acquired New England's first-round selection and allocation money from New England Revolution in exchange for Teal Bunbury.
