The two big offensive tackles are off the board.

The Winnipeg Blue Bombers signed former Calgary Stampeders LT Stanley Bryant while TSN Radio 1290'a Gary Lawless of The Winnipeg Free Press reports former Toronto Argonauts LT SirVincent Rogers has landed with the Ottawa Redblacks.

Bryant moved to left tackle two years ago and has two CFL All-Star nods since then. The 28-year-old was also a team nominee for Most Outstanding Offensive lineman.

"Stanley Bryant is a strong, tough, offensive tackle, who is hands down one of the best offensive lineman in our league," said Bombers general manager Kyle Walters. "His addition is another stepping stone to building the type of offensive line we are looking for."

The Bombers also signed offensive tackle Marc Dile, formely of the Hamilton Tiger-Cats, as well as Canadian linebacker Sam Hurl, international receiver Darvin Adams and defensive lineman Ivan Brown.

Rogers was one of the most coveted International offensive linemen on the market and the Redblacks, reportedly carrying the most cap space into free agency, wanted to make a splash.

The Redblacks also signed receivers Ernest Jackson and Brad Sinopoli. Jackson, who had a breakout season in BC last year, recording 813 yards and three touchdowns, signed a two-year, $270,000 deal. Sinopoli played quarterback at the University of Ottawa before switching to receiver and collecting 54 receptions for 614 yards and two touchdowns with the Calgary Stampeders the past four seasons.

In other moves former Argonaut Spencer Watt is heading down the QEW and signing with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats.

The former Toronto Argonaut broke the news of his new destination on Twitter.

“I've turned to the dark side,” Watt tweeted more than an hour after free agency officially opened. TSN's Mike Hogan confirmed the signing.

Watt finished 2014 with 35 receptions for 356 yards and three scores. Through five years in the CFL, all with the Argos, the Simon Fraser product has 135 receptions for 1,715 yards and nine touchdowns.

And according to TSN's Farhan Lalji, Canadian RB Anthony Woodson is expected to follow in Watt's footsteps and sign with the Tiger-Cats on Wednesday.

The Argonauts did re-sign linebacker Herve Tonye-Tonye later in the day.

The Edmonton Eskimos signed offensive lineman Alexander Krausnick, who they lost last year to Ottawa in the expansion draft.

Free agency opened with the BC Lions announcing contract extensions for star linebackers Solomon Elimimian and Adam Bighill.

With the new deals both Elimimian and Bighill are tied to the club through the 2017 season, with TSN's Farhan Lalji reporting Elimimian's deal is worth $700,000 over a three-year span.

The Lions then signed free agent defensive back Chris Rwabukamba to a contract.
