Let’s call it a joint Plan B.

According to a report from the Los Angeles Times, the San Diego Chargers and Oakland Raiders are moving forward on a plan to build and share a $1.7 billion NFL stadium just outside of Los Angeles.

The Chargers and Raiders will each continue to build new stadiums in their current markets, but if that fails, they will look to relocate to LA. Each team is looking to have a resolution in their current market one way or the other by the end of the year, according to the report.

“We are pursuing this stadium option in Carson for one straightforward reason: If we cannot find a permanent solution in our home markets, we have no alternative but to preserve other options to guarantee the future economic viability of our franchises,” a joint statement by the Chargers and Raiders given the the LA Times read.

This news comes just months after St. Louis Rams owner Stan Kroenke announced he plans to build a stadium in Los Angeles at Hollywood Park.
