LONDON - Ji So-Yun scored in the first half to lead Chelsea to its first Women's FA Cup title with a 1-0 victory over Notts County on Saturday.

So-Yun scored from close range in the 37th minute after a shot from Eniola Aluko caused trouble in the Notts County end.

Aluko was dangerous all game until coming off for a substitute in the 81st minute. She was awarded player of the match honours.

Canadian international Desiree Scott was in the starting 11 for Notts County. The Winnipeg midfielder, who just turned 28, became the first Canadian to play in the Women's Cup final according to the Canadian Soccer Association.

England's Football Association said a record Women's Cup crowd of 30,710 took in the game at Wembley Stadium.
