Roman Gonzalez of Nicaragua beat Rocky Fuentes of the Philippines with a TKO in the sixth to retain his WBC flyweight title. Gonzalez (41-0, 35 KOs) dropped Fuentes (35-7-2, 20 KOs) to the canvas with a combination in the sixth round and the referee stopped the bout.
