Johnson to start, Pickard to play in pre-tournament game vs. Swiss

Team Canada takes on Switzerland in their first pre-tournament action Tuesday at 1:30pm et/10:30am pt.
- Chad Johnson will get the start in net for Canada but Calvin Pickard will see time as well.
- Head coach Jon Cooper said he will name a captain soon but not before Tuesday's game.
- Some of the Swiss players were out here watching practice.
- Pre-game skate was pretty standard and the coloured groups remained the same from Monday.
