Cleaning Up: The Ottawa Redblacks were the big winners at the Shaw CFL Awards last night in Winnipeg. Henry Burris was named Most Outstanding Player while Brad Sinopoli won the top Canadian honour. SirVincent Rogers took home the top offensive lineman award while Rick Campbell was honoured as CFL Coach of the Year.

Talking Points: Grey Cup Friday begins with Commissioner Jeffrey Orridge's first State of the League address on TSN.ca beginning at 10am et/7am pt. The Class of 2016 for the Canadian Football Hall of Fame will also be announced at the CFL Alumni Association luncheon.

 

Undefeated: The Carolina Panthers moved to 11-0 with a 33-14 Thanksgiving win over the Dallas Cowboys. Tony Romo was reportedly lost to Dallas for the season with a shoulder injury. In Green Bay, the Chicago Bears handed the Packers a second straight home loss in a 17-13 upset win. The Packers retired the No. 4 of Brett Favre at halftime.

 

Back on Ice: After a night off the NHL is back with a full slate of 12 games tonight. Without a re-injured Carey Price, the Montreal Canadiens will turn back to Mike Condon in goal against the Devils. Winnipeg visits the Minnesota Wild in a matinee that viewers in the Jets region can see on TSN3 at 3pm ct.
