NHL fines Kadri, Yakupov, Hanzal for diving
The NHL fined Toronto Maple Leafs forward Nazem Kadri $5,000 for diving on Friday and tagged Edmonton Oilers forward Nail Yakupov and Arizona Coyotes forward Martin Hanzal $2,000 each

The NHL levied fines on forwards Nazem Kadri, Nail Yakupov and Martin Hanzal on Friday all for diving/embellishment infractions.
Kadri, of the Toronto Maple Leafs, was fined $5,000 for committing his second and third offences of the season. He received a warning from the league, but not a fine for his first offence.
Yakupov and Hanzal, of the Edmonton Oilers and Arizona Coyotes, respectively, were both fined $2,000 for their first offences of the year.
Kadri's next offence will cost him a $4,000 fine, while Maple Leafs head coach Mike Babcock will receive a $2,000 fine.
