ST. JOHN'S, N.L. — Kevin Porter had a goal and two assists and Tristan Jarry stopped 31 shots as the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins toppled the St. John's IceCaps 6-2 on Saturday in American Hockey League action.

Josh Archibald and Dominik Simon each scored one goal and set up another for Wilkes-Barre/Scranton (14-4-2). Tim Erixon and Danny Kristo also scored while Tom Kostopoulos tacked on three assists.

Chris Terry and Daniel Audette supplied the offence for the IceCaps (11-11-1) and Charlie Lindren made 21 saves.

The Penguins were efficient on the power play, going 3 for 6. St. John's was 1 for 6.
