QMJHL: Islanders takes series lead over Phoenix
Bradley Kennedy scored one goal and set up two more and Daryl MacCallum made 30 saves as the Charlottetown Islanders downed the Sherbrooke Phoenix 5-2 in Game 3 of their first-round Quebec Major Junior Hockey League playoff series.

CHARLOTTETOWN - Bradley Kennedy scored one goal and set up two more and Daryl MacCallum made 30 saves as the Charlottetown Islanders downed the Sherbrooke Phoenix 5-2 on Monday in Game 3 of their first-round Quebec Major Junior Hockey League playoff series.
Kameron Kielly, Daniel Sprong, Spenser Cobbold and Guillaume Rioux-Legault each had a goal and an assist apiece as Charlotte jumped out to a 2-1 lead in the best-of-seven series.
Darcy Cameron scored both goals for the Phoenix. David Storto had two assists.
Mason McDonald started in net for the Islanders but left the game after 4:57 of action. McDonald stopped all four shots he faced before being replaced by MacCallum.
Sherbrooke's Evan Fitzpatrick made 30 saves in the losing effort.
The Islanders host Game 4 on Wednesday.
