VAL-D'OR, Que. - Anthony Chapados scored twice and Louis-Philip Guindon made 30 saves as the Rimouski Oceanic swept their Quebec Major Junior Hockey League playoff series with a 6-0 win over the Val-d'Or Foreurs on Wednesday.

Deven St-Hilaire had a goal and an assist for Rimouski, which took the President Cup semifinal series 4-0. Anthony DeLuca, William Couture, and Tyler Boland rounded out the attack.

The Oceanic advance to play the Quebec Remparts, who swept their semifinal against the Moncton Wildcats.

Etienne Montpetit started in net for Val-d'Or, but left the game after allowing five goals on 20 shots through 29:26. Keven Bouchard stopped 12-of-13 shots in relief.

Rimouski was 2 for 3 on the power play while the Foreurs failed to score on five chances with the man advantage.
