MILWAUKEE - The Bucks have traded Brandon Knight to the Phoenix Suns in a three-team deal that brought Michael Carter-Williams from Philadelphia to Milwaukee.
The teams announced the trade Thursday night.
The Bucks overhauled the point guard position by getting Carter-Williams, last year's Rookie of the Year. They also acquired point guard Tyler Ennis and centre Miles Plumlee from the Suns.
Milwaukee also sent guard Kendall Marshall to Phoenix. Marshall is out for the year with a knee injury.
The Suns also sent the Los Angeles Lakers' protected 2015 first-round pick to the Sixers.
