After going the entire off-season without a kicker on their roster, the Hamilton Tiger-Cats have signed two to compete ahead of training camp.

The Tiger-Cats announced they signed international kickers Cody Mandell and Brett Maher over the weekend.

Mandell, a University of Alabama product where he was primarily a punter, spent 2014 training camp with the Dallas Cowboys and 2015 training camp with the Green Bay Packers.

Maher has appeared in 22 games in the CFL, all with the Ottawa Redblacks. Maher has converted 25 of 37 field goal attempts and averaged 45.2 yards per punt in his CFL career.
