The British Open returns to the home of golf this week, the Old Course in St. Andrews, Scotland.

This week also promises to be a tough test for players in the TSN Fantasy Golf presented by Freedom 55 Financial.

With plenty of bunkers in play, it's going to be a challenge for the world's best players and also tough fantasy picking for our crew of experts and Team Freedom members.

Check out their choices below for the third Major of the season and make your picks for British Open here.

Bob Weeks, TSN Golf analyst

Rickie FowlerRickie Fowler – Fowler has shown a fondness for links golf, as evidenced by his win last week at the Scottish Open. After a breakthrough at the Players, he's ready for a major.

Dustin Johnson – His game is suited perfectly for the Old Course and he has an exceptionally short memory so the U.S. Open collapse won't bother him.

Paul Casey – He started the year ranked 75th in the world and has compiled six top-10 finishes in 16 starts. He knows the Old Course and links golf, finishing tied for third here in 2010.

Branden Grace – Except for a wild tee shot on the 16th hole on Sunday at the U.S. Open, he may have already won a major. But he's playing well enough now to be a threat at the Old Course, too.

Graham DeLaet – Although his practice was limited by the late arrival of his clubs, DeLaet has a piercing ball flight that will be well-suited to the expected windy conditions. Plus, he loves this golf course which never hurts.

Tommy Fleetwood – He's finished T11 and T10 in his last two starts – the latter one coming at the Scottish Open -- and is upbeat after making a coaching change. A good attitude can go a long way.

Jordan Spieth - Do I really need to explain this pick? He seems to never have two average rounds in a row? And he won on a links course already.

Dustin Johnson - No driver required here for DJ and he has been able to put disappointment behind him before. Breaks through here.

Brooks Koepka - Sharpened his skills on the European Tour. Has plenty of length and links experience.

Tiger Woods - I know this might be a long shot but nostalgia and the fact he doesn't have to hit his worst club (driver) makes me think he can do this.

Byung Hun An - Has had Open success in the past. Very good young player who has won on the European Tour recently .

Graham Delaet - This will be his second Open and I think his ball striking of late will make up for lack of links experience.

Taylor Pendrith

Louis OosthuizenLouis Oosthuizen - Louis won the last time The Open was played at St. Andrews... by 7 shots! He also shares the course record (62). I look for big things from the South African.

Dustin Johnson - Dustin is playing some pretty good golf right now. Plus, he bombs it which is always big advantage at St. Andrews.

Zach Johnson - Zach played great last week at the John Deere Classic. If he can get the putter going this week, I think he could be in contention on Sunday.

Gary Woodland - Gary is a great ball striker so you know he bombs it - I like his chances at St. Andrews.

Graham DeLaet - His last four starts have also been very solid including a fourth at the Travelers Championship. Plus, he is Canadian.

Ben Curtis - Ben is the 2003 Open Champion and a fellow Kent State Golden Flash. He's been struggling a little bit as of late, but hopefully a good finish this week will get him going the right direction.

Adam SvenssonDustin Johnson

Dustin Johnson - After finishing second at the U.S. Open, Johnson will be hungry to win at the Open Championship. Plus, his length will always be an advantage anywhere he tees it up.

Matt Kuchar - Matt is riding a wave of confidence after his strong finish at the Scottish Open last weekend. I predict that his experience and consistency will guide him to a strong finish at St. Andrews.

Paul Casey - Paul is always a threat. He has his ups and downs, but he has been playing strong as of late and should be hungry to win his first Major.

Branden Grace - I just have a hunch about Branden. He typically plays well in links-style golf so I expect him to play well this week and he could be a dark horse to watch out for.

Graham DeLaet - Graham finally has his health and his mojo back. He's been playing great as of late and should be poised for another strong finish.

David Hearn - Tee to green, David's game is rock solid and he always plays well on tough courses which will be important this week. Riding his T2 finish at the Greenbrier, there is no reason he can't finish well at the Open Championship.

Mackenzie Hughes

Tiger WoodsJordan Spieth - I could go on for a while talking about Jordan. I'm taking the hot hand, and like his chances for the third leg of the Grand Slam.

Louis Oosthuizen - Louis had a tough first day at Chambers Bay, but no one played better over the last three days than he did. I think the 2010 Open Champion is primed for a good week.

Branden Grace - He's had a taste of what leading a Major feels like and he's had a lot of success in Europe. I think he's ready to take the next step at St. Andrews.

Brooks Koepka - Brooks drives the ball long and straight, so he will be able to take advantage of his length and hit lots of drivers. He's been quiet of late but you can't count him out.

Graham DeLaet - Rumor has it he's hitting it really well again, so if he gets the putter going, look out for him this week. I also love a Canadian if the conditions get tough!

Danny Lee - I'm pretty sure this will be his first time at St. Andrews, but he's one of the hottest guys in golf right now. I think his form will travel overseas.

Matt HillGraham DeLaet

Jordan Spieth - Jordan is the hottest player on the planet right now and especially with Rory on the bench, he is a no-brainer pick.

Dustin Johnson - I think Dustin will redeem himself after a tough loss at the U.S. Open. He is easily one of the best ball strikers in the world and should be in the mix come Sunday if he can make a few putts.

Tiger Woods - You just never know what Tiger is going to show up to play these, but I'm going to take my chances on him this week as he's a past winner at St. Andrews and seems to have bounced back a bit from a rough U.S. Open.

Brandt Snedeker - Brandt has had a solid year and makes a ton of putts. I like him this week at St. Andrews because he has a ton of major experience and a good British Open record.

Danny Lee - With a win at the Greenbrier and missing the playoff by one shot at the John Deere Classic, Danny has been playing great as of late. A very good ball striker with a lot of confidence right now.

Russell Henley - Russell is very streaky but played great at the Greenbrier and has two wins on Tour. He also makes a lot of putts and, like Snedeker, he could be in the mix this week.

Albin Choi

Padraig HarringtonDustin Johnson - Dustin had an awesome chance at the U.S Open but fell just short. He's ready to put that behind him and play well this week.

Jordan Spieth - His confidence is at an all-time high after capturing his second Major title and the John Deere Classic last week. Always a solid pick.

Kevin Kisner - Kevin seems to like the big stage. He has come close several times and is playing some really solid golf.

Tiger Woods - It's hard to count on Tiger these days but his game has been heading in the right direction and who knows, he could surprise the world.

Daniel Beger - Daniel is another young player that has been having a lot of success on the PGA Tour. He hits the ball a long way and is very tidy on the greens.

Paidraig Harrington - Having won two Open Championships already, you know he is very comfortable in this environment and is looking forward to the weekend.
