With so many doubleheaders being played this season, super-sized Saturday slates almost feel like the norm these days. This Saturday is no exception, as there are 16 games on the schedule, with the A's and Rangers suiting up to play a pair. With just over two weeks left in the regular season, we've officially hit the stretch run. You're running out of time to make up ground in the standings, so don't be afraid to be bold when making those daily roster decisions.

Friday's schedule may feature the usual 15 games. However, the Phillies and Marlins play a doubleheader, so two other teams are off. If you normally start Astros or Dodgers, make sure you find a replacement; every roster spot is integral.

In a season filled with injuries thus far, fantasy managers are surely seeking replacements. Here are three players well worth adding in ESPN leagues.

This has been a season replete with oddities and frequent declaration of "first time ever." Wednesday is no exception as the normally full docket is short a few games as MLB moved them to afford some teams a full off day amid a long stretch of games forced by an inordinate number of makeups.

The Labor Day slate only has 11 games on it, but note there are several early contests so be sure to get those lineup changes in on time. Spot starters are rather thin, so be sure to get ahead of the pack and beat the morning rush.

After seven doubleheaders in two days, Sunday is back to a regular day with each team playing a matinee, except the Cardinals and Cubs in the prime-time affair on ESPN and an unusual late game featuring the Rockies and Angels.

If Friday's monster 20-game slate wasn't enough, we're getting treated to another super-sized slate on Saturday, with 17 contests on the docket.
