Contract negotiations between the Columbus Blue Jackets and Ryan Johansen took a public turn on Wednesday with team president John Davidson revealing specifics of the team's current offers.

According to Columbus Dispatch reporter Michael Arace, Davidson told reporters that the team has three separate offers on the table for their young centre - one worth $6 million over two years, another for six years worth $32 million and a final for eight years worth $46 million.

"If Ryan Johansen's not here, we'll have to move on," Davidson said. "We have a team here. And we have a team that really wants to win."

"(Johansen) is just not here. Period. We've been told if we don't give them what they want they'll be leaving town," Arce quoted Davidson via Twitter on Wednesday. "When you're talking about contracts close to $50 million, I think our group has been very fair and it's nowhere near what they want."

Johansen, 22, is without a contract after completing the final year of his three-year entry-level deal last season. With bonuses, his first contract carried an annual average value of $1.945 million.

Johansen had a breakout season in 2013-14, scoring a career-high 33 goals and 30 assists in a full 82 games.

Originally selected fourth overall by the Blue Jackets, the Port Moody, B.C.-native has scored 47 goals and 49 assists in 189 career NHL games.
